免费版每天提供一定次数的基础分析。订阅 Pro 后可获得更高的每日额度、更详细的证据分析和优先服务。家庭守护订阅支持最多 5 名家庭成员共享 Pro 权益,适合帮助长辈识别诈骗。您可以在 App 内查看当前套餐详情。
如何清空本地历史记录?
进入 App 的"历史"页面,点击右上角的"清空"按钮,确认后即可删除所有本地分析记录。此操作不可撤销,数据仅保存在您的设备上,清空后将无法恢复。
App 会上传我的截图或文字吗?
默认情况下,分析在设备本地完成,不上传任何内容。启用远程分析时,会在发送前自动脱敏敏感信息(如验证码、银行卡号)。详见 隐私政策。
如何管理或取消订阅?
请前往 iPhone「设置」→「您的姓名」→「订阅」,找到诈骗识别器并管理订阅。取消订阅后,当前付费周期结束前仍可正常使用。
分析结果不准确怎么办?

Open Scam Detector and submit content in one of two ways:
- Paste text: Paste a suspicious message, email, or chat directly into the input field and tap Analyze.
- Select a screenshot/photo: Tap the image icon, choose a screenshot from your photo library, and the app will extract and analyze the text.

What is the difference between the free tier, Pro, and Family Guard subscriptions?
The free tier provides a limited number of daily analyses. Pro subscribers get a higher daily limit, more detailed evidence analysis, and priority service. The Family Guard plan extends Pro benefits to up to 5 family members — ideal for helping elderly relatives spot scams. Current plan details are visible within the app.
How do I clear my local history?
Go to the History tab in the app, tap the Clear button in the top-right corner, and confirm. This action is irreversible; history is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered after deletion.
Does the app upload my screenshots or text?
By default, analysis runs entirely on-device — nothing is uploaded. When remote analysis is enabled, sensitive patterns (verification codes, card numbers) are redacted before transmission. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Scam Detector, and manage your subscription. You retain access until the end of your current paid period after cancellation.
What if the analysis seems inaccurate?
The app provides risk references and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. For high-stakes situations, always verify through official channels (e.g., calling your bank's official number directly). If you notice a clear error, please email us — your feedback helps us improve.
