服务说明

诈骗识别器（以下简称"本应用"）是一款辅助工具，帮助您分析收到的短信、邮件、截图或其他文本中可能存在的诈骗风险。本应用提供风险评分、证据分析和安全建议，帮助您做出更明智的判断。

合理使用

本应用仅供个人合法使用，不得用于任何违法或有害目的。
请勿滥用本服务，包括但不限于通过自动化脚本大量请求或尝试破坏系统安全。
请勿将本应用的分析结果用于散布虚假信息或对他人造成伤害。

免责声明与风险提示

重要：本应用提供风险参考与安全建议，不保证识别所有诈骗，结果不构成法律、金融或投资建议。诈骗手法持续演变，任何自动化工具均无法保证 100% 准确。在高风险场景中，请务必通过官方渠道进行核验。

本应用按"现状"提供服务，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于准确性、完整性或适用于特定目的的保证。

订阅与付款

订阅通过 Apple App Store 处理，受 Apple 媒体服务条款约束。
订阅将按周期自动续费，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
您可以随时通过 Apple ID 设置管理或取消订阅。
取消订阅不影响已付费周期内的服务访问权限。
我们不直接处理付款，不存储您的支付信息。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用的开发者及运营方对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、偶发或后果性损害不承担责任，包括但不限于因未能识别诈骗而造成的财产损失。

条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过 App 或本页面提前通知。继续使用本应用视为接受更新后的条款。

Service Description

Scam Detector ("the App") is an assistive tool that helps you analyze potential scam risks in messages, emails, screenshots, and other text. The App provides risk scores, evidence analysis, and safety recommendations to help you make more informed decisions.

Acceptable Use

The App is for personal, lawful use only and may not be used for any illegal or harmful purpose.
Do not abuse the service, including automated bulk requests or attempts to compromise system security.
Do not use analysis results to spread misinformation or cause harm to others.

Disclaimers and Risk Notice

Important: The App provides risk references and safety suggestions. It does not guarantee detection of all scams. Results do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Scam tactics evolve constantly, and no automated tool can guarantee 100% accuracy. For high-risk situations, always verify through official channels.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions auto-renew each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.
Cancellation does not affect access for the remainder of a paid period.
We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and operator of the App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from undetected scams.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page in advance. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
